Q: How about the refund of power leveling? |
| A: We offer compensation for the account that harmed by any means during a leveling order, the detail of the compensation depends on the situation. But note that we will NOT be held accountable for any harm that happened Before order start and after order Completion. So please DO change the password of your account and keep it safe & secret ONCE the order be finished. Important note regarding the PARTIAL refund:
1. Partial refund for temporarily suspended and permanent banned.
2. Regarding package refund. (For example: You bought a WOW US-Power leveling-1-60 hot package cost 159.99USD. it include one professional to 300, First aid to 300 etc. If account got suspended when it is at level 50 ,two professions to 150 .We will charge 1-50 which costs 102.99USD,two professions to 150 cost 29.98USD. So the refund will be 27.02USD. And if it is at lvl55, two professions all to 300. it will cost 198.57USD, so you will not be refunded
3. If the account got permanent banned during our powerleveling. We will only charge 10% of the payment then almost full refund to you.
